Brewchad Live @ Le Bistro de Paris: The Video

Hey everyone, if you couldn't make it out to see Brewchad play live @ Bistro de Paris last Saturday night, here's a little taste of what you missed. And if you happen to catch John's last statement at the end of the clip and want to know what he's talking about, come catch our next show (details to come).

Nigel Hunt

Brewchad is presently in a rehearsal studio making headway towards a new string of live performances. Attendees will get treated to some new material and a new presence in the drummer's chair. Officially taking over on drums is Nigel Hunt who blends in extraordinarily well with our debut album "You That I Lost", while still contributing his own fingerprint. Nigel joins us from across the pond, and his British roots are quite prominent in what is now the backbeat to new Brewchad music. Stay tuned for performance dates to be announced shortly.

Omnium Du Rock

On Friday October 30, Brewchad played to a packed house at "Le Petite Campus" as part of the 2009-2010 Omnium Du Rock. The crowd was riveting and gave us a very warm welcome. We expected to perform, have fun and expose our music to a new audience. What we did not expect, was the rush we would experience by seeing new faces sing along to "Fairy Tale" and the cheers we got that pushed us into the next round of the competition, which takes place December 2nd.

We were equally proud to share the stage with 3 very talented groups; Preston Diaries, Sunset Drivers & The Goodness. Being surrounded by so much music & culture while in the very capable hands of Kay Productions, who have done a wonderful job organizing this event, made the entire experience both pleasurable and extremely memorable. We hope to see many of you come out and support Brewchad in December.

2009 LME Battle of the Bands Results - IN THE TOP 10!

On Sunday, October 25th, 2009, Brewchad participated in the Montreal Battle of the bands Final. After being specially selected from a large number of entries, and months of competitive performance, Landmark Entertainment has voted Brewchad 6th in its rankings.

Montreal hosts an enormous amount of musical talent, and this ranking is an absolute honor. We now move on to the Montreal/Quebec Omnium festival where bands from Montreal are selected to share venues with Bands from Quebec city. Check us out this Friday at Cafe Campus.
